We are an exclusive clinic and run by appointment only, please see our booking system through our website for availability.
Once a booking has been requested, Bonds may invoice you to make payment. please note although card details are taken at time of booking, no payment is made until requested to you by a therapist from Bonds. No refunds will be given, but you may move your appointment 48 hours before the start time.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend your appointment booking. You will be automatically charged half the treatment cost for missed appointments and appointments cancelled under 48 hours notice.
We understand from time to time you may be delayed and arrive late for your appointment. On these rare occasions we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. We will try to accommodate you as best we can with the time we have on the day. Full payment is required for shortened treatments. Half the treatment cost is charged if you have to rearrange your appointment.
We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the cost for treatments without prior notice to our clients. Prices may differ to that shown on emails, messages, literature, Ovatu booking site or our website.
For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients having relaxing treatments we have a “No children or babies” policy at the clinic. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child’s welfare so for the safety of us, the clinic, and the child we ask our clients not to bring young children to the clinics.
We also ask you not to bring in friends or family as we are a small clinic and cannot accommodate anyone else other than the clients booked in.
Please note our clinic is accessible by stairs and we are on the second floor within Finn & Co hair salon.
Please be aware our we are located in the town centre and occasionally outside noise may be heard, which is obviously out of our control.
Under 16's will need parental consent for treatments.

Competition T&Cs
These terms and conditions relate to the fundraising competition Bonds Skin Clinic are running from Thursday 9th November to Monday 4th December.
Introduction
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.The competition is being run by Bonds Skin Clinic.
Although the fundraising competition may be shared on Meta platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, Meta are in no way associated and have not sponsored, endorsed or administered the competition in any way.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants living in the UK and over 18 years of age. Bonds Skin Clinic employees are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Entry requirements include and are limited to (including the above) donating a minimum of £10 to this JustGiving page; https://www.justgiving.com/page/bonds-skin-clinic-fundraiser-competition and opting in to share contact your details by ticking the box on JustGiving that states ‘I’m happy to share my contact details with Bonds Skin Clinic for the purpose of thanking me’.
Each £10 equals one entry so you can enter multiple times if you donate more.
Fundraising
100% of the money donated will go to Just4Children in order to fund Kelis’ future operations and therapies. Bonds Skin Clinic will not take a percentage of any of the money donated to fund the prizes, this will be funded for by the business itself.
From Just4Children:
“If a campaign raises insufficient funds or surplus funds, then the funds will be used if appropriate, to fund the child’s or children’s needs in accordance with Just4Children’s charitable objects. If in those circumstances Just4Children are unable to use all or part of the funds for the benefit of the child or children in accordance with Just4Children’s charitable objects, then any funds which cannot be used will be transferred to be used for the general charitable purposes of Just4Children.”
As Bonds Skin Clinic are asking for donations, in return for a chance to win a prize/service, donations to the JustGiving page are not eligible for Gift Aid.
The Prize
The winning prizes will be money off Skin Treatments at Bonds Skin Clinic.
There are 3 prizes available to be won. First prize is £250 off of a treatment of your choice, second prize is £100 off of a skin treatment and third prize is £50 off of a skin treatment. The choice of skin treatment includes but is not limited to CACI, microneedling, mesoboost, germaine facials and more. This choice does however exclude injectable skin boosters.
The use of specific branded products within the prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Bonds Skin Clinic's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Competition End & Winners Announcement
The competition will close on Sunday 3rd December and winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided when opting in on JustGiving on Monday 4th December 2023.
Bonds Skin Clinic will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 5 working days of the first email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Bonds Skin Clinic reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
Once they have replied to our email to confirm their acceptance of the prize, the winner will have 6 months to claim their prize.
This means they will need to book via our website or booking system online and receive their treatment at Bonds Skin Clinic within this time.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Bonds Skin Clinic for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
When donating to JustGiving, please also refer to their own terms and conditions, including how they will handle your personal information.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing bondsskinclinic@gmail.com
If requested by Bonds Skin Clinic, the winner agrees to release their first name to any other competition participants.
The winner's first name will be announced on Bonds Skin Clinic's social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Bonds Skin Clinic accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Bonds Skin Clinic reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

BONDS CLINIC SAFETY INFORMATION -

As a small clinic we cannot accommodate children, friends or family, only clients with an appointment will be allowed into the clinic.

We have air purifiers in each treatment room. The Radic8 Viruskiller neutralises 99.9999% of viruses in a single air pass including Covid19.

We provide hand gel throughout the clinic.

We have the option to wear a visor or mask depending on the service and disposable gloves.

Disposable bio-degradable towels and paper towels will be used, aswell as towels that will be cleaned on a 60 degree wash cycle.

We follow strict sterilisation rules using Barbicide for our tools, sterile disposable needles and sharps boxes for clinical waste.

Surgical spirit and disinfectant is used to clean the rooms and a disinfectant spray used for furnishings.
In the event that you are unwell or can not make your appointment, as long as 48 hours notice is given, your appointment can be re-scheduled to another time. if you cancel within 48hrs, your appointment cost will be lost and no refunds will be given.
